Corinne has been in the property management industry for over 14 years and recently made the move from CO with her family to FL. Throughout her career, she had the chance to work with a wide range of properties and teams, and genuinely enjoy creating great experiences for both residents and owners. She is passionate about building strong relationships, solving problems proactively, and making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. Outside of work, Corinne usually spend time with her family, exploring our new community, or finding the best local spots to unwind.
Jamie Rodriguez
Sales Consultant
Originally from New Jersey, Jamie has been living in Florida for 11 years and has been in the industry for just as long. She is passionate about helping people find more than just a place to live but helping them find their safe havens. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending time crafting.
Barry Offenburger
Sales Consultant
Barry is a proud U.S. Army Veteran with 10 years of service, including a deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Since transitioning to civilian life, Barry has built a strong career in sales and hospitality, bringing leadership, empathy, and a service-first mindset to every role. He finds genuine fulfillment working with senior residents and creating meaningful connections within the community. Outside of work, Barry enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu with his daughter Bella and spending time outdoors, especially python hunting in the Everglades.

Lifestyle Coordinator
Originally from New York, Chan has worked in Assisted Living and Independent Living for 16 years. Chan brings a fun, creative, and bubbly energy to everything she does. With an outgoing personality and a natural talent for making connections, Chan is always engaging with residents in the most personable and cheerful way. Whether it's organizing an event or just sharing a laugh, Chan’s vibrant spirit makes every day a little brighter. Chan enjoys traveling, soaking up the sun, cooking and loves to spoil her dog Zoey.

Service Technician
Dainel is a skilled Service Technician originally from Cuba, bringing over 20 years of experience in the field. A proud father of two and deeply family-oriented, he has spent the last three years building a new life in America. Daniel is always ready to lend a hand, going above and beyond to help our residents, all while wearing his signature smile. His can-do attitude and warm heart make a big difference every day!
John Wolf
Bus Driver
John has proudly called Sarasota home for nearly five decades. With over 20 years of experience serving senior communities, he has contributed through leadership in community news, volunteer coordination, and community publications management. His professional journey also includes years as a tour director and manager, guiding groups through Europe, the American West, and Alaska. John’s life is rooted in family and service. He cherishes time spent with his wife Abby, their daughter and granddaughter, and their two spirited Australian Shepherds, Desi and Lucy.
